NETTO A/S placed an order with the materials handling specialists at DAIFUKU Europe Ltd., who supplied the existing warehouse facilities holding some 18,000 pallets, to carry out the planning and implementation of the expansion. Work on the dry terminal will be completed without impacting daily operations and completion is scheduled by December, 2010.</span></p>]]></description>

Within just nine weeks the material handling experts at DAIFUKU Europe Ltd. integrated the entire system, including high-speed conveyor technology, at the Dagab distribution center in <span style="font-size: small;">Stockholm</span> during normal warehouse operations.</span></p>]]></description>

With this new development the wholesaler is more than doubling its warehouse capacity to over 120,000 tote bins and some two million books stored. Responsible for this project as for the first is material handling expert Daifuku Europe Ltd. who is supplying further 18 Mini Load cranes and associated equipment. The installation started at the end of<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"><span style="font-size: small;">&amp;nbsp; </span></span>October 2009 and was completet in March 2010.</span></p>

					 <description><![CDATA[<p>The expansion and restructuring of their high-bay narrow-aisle warehouse in G&amp;ouml;teborg has been a complete success for Swedish supermarket wholesaler Dagab AB: by installing new storage and retrieval units and high-speed conveyor technology the company has doubled the output of goods from 75 to up to 152 pallets per hour. Dagab has also implemented space-saving article storage. In 2,400 m&amp;sup2; of storage space, the supermarket wholesaler now has room for almost 10,000 pallets.
